1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Xpress Beats (https://staging.xtmmusic.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the site to browse beat packs, preview audio, purchase merch, and join the rewards program. You agree not to misuse the site, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt our services.

3. Purchases and Licenses

Digital beat packs are sold under the license terms shown on the product page. Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive license. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the beats.

4. Accounts and Rewards

To receive rewards, you must provide a valid email and complete double opt-in. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire as stated when issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, music, artwork, and designs on Xpress Beats are owned by Xpress Musique or its licensors. Purchased licenses do not transfer ownership.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpress Musique disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xpress Musique is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
